If you are in central Schwabing, you can easily walk to Viergeschossiges Jugendstilhaus at Ainmillerstraße 22. Start at the intersection of Leopoldstraße and Hohenzollernstraße. Head north on Hohenzollernstraße for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Ainmillerstraße. Turn right onto Ainmillerstraße and continue for another 250 meters.
