Once you reach Flensburg, follow the signs to the city center (Altstadt). When you reach the Schiffbrücke, look for parking options nearby; there are several public parking lots in the area. The Flensburger Schifffahrtsmuseum is located at Schiffbrücke 39, just a short walk from the parking areas.
