From the bus terminal, take Bus 173 towards 'Fürth, Stadtgrenze' and get off at the stop 'Fürth, Engelhardtstraße'. Once you get off, walk along Engelhardtstraße for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Fürth Park located at Engelhardtstraße 22.
