If you are starting from Nuremberg's main train station (Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the main street, Bahnhofstraße. The Heathen Tower is located in the area of the old city wall, and you will see it along the path after approximately 15 minutes of walking.

From Nuremberg's main train station (Hauptbahnhof), take the U-Bahn (subway) line U1 towards Langwasser Süd. Get off at the station 'Plärrer' after two stops. At Plärrer, transfer to tram line 8 towards Gärten hinter der Veste. Ride the tram for four stops and get off at 'Mahnmal'.
