Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), exit the station and head towards Bahnhofstraße. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Königstraße. Turn left onto Königstraße and continue walking. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Jakobsplatz. From Jakobsplatz, continue towards the old town, following the signs for 'Nürnberger Burg' (Nuremberg Castle). Once you reach the castle, head down the hill toward the Pegnitz River. Cross the river at the bridge near the castle, and you will find Pegnitzwehr on your right at Untere Kreuzgasse 6.
