If you are in Nuremberg's city center, make your way towards the Hauptmarkt. From the Hauptmarkt, head south towards the Fleischbrücke (Meat Bridge). Once you reach the bridge, cross it, and you will find Schalenbrunnen (the Shell Fountain) at the eastern end of the bridge. The fountain is located at Fleischbrücke, 90403 Nürnberg, and is easily visible from the bridge.

If you're starting from Nuremberg's main train station (Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 4 (direction: Ziegelstein) or tram line 6 (direction: Flughafen) to the stop 'Rathaus.' From Rathaus, it is a short 5-minute walk to the Hauptmarkt. Once at the Hauptmarkt, follow the previous walking directions to reach Schalenbrunnen.
