Once you arrive in Hartenstein, you will need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach Stein Castle. Look for signs, or use a map to guide you along the route leading up to the castle.

If you prefer to walk from Hartenstein train station to Stein Castle, exit the station and head south on Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the main road, then turn left onto Steinweg. Follow Steinweg until it leads you directly to the castle entrance. The walk will take around 25-30 minutes, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
