Once you cross the border, continue on the road until you reach Měděnec. You may need to navigate to the coordinates (50.421167, 13.107167) using your GPS. Parking is available near the peak.

For public transport, take a train from Annaberg-Buchholz to the nearest station, which is in the Czech town of Chomutov. From Chomutov, you will need to take a local bus towards Měděnec. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as service may be limited. Upon arrival in Měděnec, it’s a short walk to the mountain peak.

Once you arrive in Měděnec by car or public transport, the last stretch to Mědník itself involves a bit of walking. From Měděnec, follow the signs leading to Mědník peak.
