If you're traveling by car, you can navigate to Stülpnerhöhle using the following directions: Start on the A4 Autobahn and take exit 83 towards Chemnitz/Glauchau. Merge onto B173 and follow it for approximately 15 km. Once you reach Ehrenfriedersdorf, look for signs directing you towards Unnamed Road. Turn onto Unnamed Road, and you will find Stülpnerhöhle located at the coordinates 50.647971, 12.933814.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, first take a train to Chemnitz Hauptbahnhof (main station). From Chemnitz, you can catch a regional bus (line 220) towards Ehrenfriedersdorf. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Ehrenfriedersdorf, Bergstraße' stop. From there, it’s a short walk (approximately 20 minutes) to Stülpnerhöhle. Head towards Unnamed Road, following local signs towards the cave.
Walking
If you are already in Ehrenfriedersdorf, and prefer walking, you can reach Stülpnerhöhle by heading north from the town center. Follow the road signs towards Unnamed Road. The hike to the cave is approximately 3 km and should take around 40 minutes. The trail is scenic, so enjoy the natural surroundings as you make your way there.
