If you are driving, start by getting on the A20 highway. If you are coming from Szczecin, take the A6 towards Gryfino, then merge onto the A20 motorway heading towards Stralsund. Exit at 'Ueckermünde' and follow the B113 road towards Spantekow. Continue on B113 until you reach Spantekow, where you will find signs directing you to the fortress. Parking is available near the fortress.

To reach Spantekow by public transport, take a train to Ueckermünde from major cities like Szczecin or Greifswald.
