Public Transport
From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the S7 train towards 'Ahrensfelde'. Get off at 'Berlin Hauptbahnhof' (Berlin Central Station). Once you arrive at Berlin Hauptbahnhof, follow the signs to the S-Bahn platform and take the S3, S5, S7, or S9 train towards 'Alexanderplatz'. Get off at 'Friedrichstraße' station. From Friedrichstraße station, you can either walk or take a short bus ride. If walking, head southeast on Friedrichstraße towards Unter den Linden, then turn right onto Rosenthaler Str. The Anne Frank Center will be on your right at number 39. The entire journey will take about 1 hour.

Bus
From Potsdam, take bus line 606 from 'Potsdam, Hauptbahnhof' to 'S Potsdam Medienstadt Babelsberg'. Transfer to tram line 94 towards 'Hauptbahnhof' and get off at 'Potsdam, Platz der Einheit'. From there, take bus line 631 to 'Berlin, Rosenthaler Platz'. Walk south on Rosenthaler Str. for about 5 minutes to reach the Anne Frank Center at Rosenthaler Str. 39. This journey should take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Potsdam. Start by heading north on Breite Str. towards the city center, then take the cycle path along the banks of the Havel River. Continue cycling on the bike paths towards Berlin, aiming for the central area. Once you reach Berlin, follow the signs towards Mitte and look for Rosenthaler Str. The Anne Frank Center will be located at number 39. The bike ride will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on your pace.

Walking
If you enjoy walking and want to take in the sights, you can walk from Potsdam to Berlin, which is about 35 km. Start at the Potsdam Hauptbahnhof and follow the cycle paths towards the Glienicker Brücke (Bridge). Cross the bridge into Berlin and continue straight on the main road until you reach the city center. Once in Berlin, head towards Rosenthaler Str. The walk will take approximately 7-8 hours, so it's advisable to start early in the day.
