Once you arrive at Berlin Hauptbahnhof, follow the signs to the S-Bahn platform and take the S3, S5, S7, or S9 train towards 'Alexanderplatz'. Get off at 'Friedrichstraße' station. From Friedrichstraße station, you can either walk or take a short bus ride. If walking, head southeast on Friedrichstraße towards Unter den Linden, then turn right onto Rosenthaler Str. The Anne Frank Center will be on your right at number 39. The entire journey will take about 1 hour.
