From Potsdam Central Station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take the Regional Express (RE1) train towards Berlin. Get off at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Berlin Central Station). Turn left onto Wrangelstraße, and you will find Bull Bar at number 90 on your right.
