Train
From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the S7 train towards Rüdnitz or S5 towards Spandau. Get off at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Berlin central station). Once there, transfer to the S-Bahn S-Bahn line S3, S5, S7, or S9 towards Westkreuz or Erkner. Get off at Friedrichstraße station. From Friedrichstraße, switch to S-Bahn S5 or S7 towards Ahrensfelde or Berlin-Wannsee and get off at the next stop, which is Alexanderplatz. From Alexanderplatz, take the U-Bahn line U2 towards Pankow and get off at the second stop, which is Eberswalder Straße. Once you exit the station, head northeast on Eberswalder Straße towards Schönhauser Allee. Turn left onto Schönhauser Allee and walk for about 5 minutes. The Cosmic Comedy Club will be on your left at Schönhauser Allee 184.

From Potsdam, take bus line 606 from Potsdam, Hauptbahnhof to S-Bahnhof Griebnitzsee. From there, take the S-Bahn S7 towards Ahrensfelde. Get off at Berlin Hauptbahnhof. At Berlin Hauptbahnhof, take S5, S7, or S9 towards Westkreuz or Erkner and get off at Friedrichstraße station. From Friedrichstraße, transfer to U-Bahn line U6 towards Alt-Tegel and get off at the second stop, which is Eberswalder Straße. Once you exit, walk northeast on Eberswalder Straße towards Schönhauser Allee. Turn left onto Schönhauser Allee and walk for about 5 minutes. The Cosmic Comedy Club will be on your left at Schönhauser Allee 184.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Potsdam and head towards the Glienicker Brücke (Glienicke Bridge). Cross the bridge into Berlin and continue on the main road. Follow the signs towards the S-Bahn station Grunewald and then head towards Berlin's city center. Continue on the road towards Schönhauser Allee. Once you reach Schönhauser Allee, turn right and cycle for about 10 minutes. The Cosmic Comedy Club will be on your left at Schönhauser Allee 184.
