Walking
If you are starting from the city center (Brandenburger Tor), head south on Brandenburger Straße towards Am Alten Markt. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Turn left onto Friedrich-Ebert-Straße and walk until you reach the intersection with Luisenplatz. Here, you will see the Luisenplatz square. Continue on Luisenplatz until you reach the area known as Potsdam-Westliche Vorstadt, where you will find Luisenplatz (Luisenpl.).
Public Transport - Tram
From Potsdam Main Station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take Tram Line 91 towards 'Holländischer Platz'. Get off at the 'Luisenplatz' stop. Once you exit the tram, you will be right at Luisenplatz in the Westliche Vorstadt area. The journey takes about 10 minutes.
