Walking
If you are in the city center of Potsdam, start at the Brandenburg Gate (Brandenburger Tor), a well-known landmark. From the Brandenburg Gate, head southwest on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Continue straight for about 1.5 km, passing through the square at Platz der Einheit. You will eventually reach the intersection with Am Neuen Palais. Turn left onto Am Neuen Palais, and after a short walk, you will see the New Palace (Neues Palais) on your right.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Potsdam main train station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take bus number 605 towards 'Nauener Tor'. Get off at the stop 'Am Neuen Palais'. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. From the bus stop, walk a short distance along Am Neuen Palais, and you will find the entrance to the New Palace.
Public Transport (Tram)
From the stop 'Luisenplatz', take tram line 91 towards 'Bergholz-Rehbrücke'. Change at the stop 'Friedrichsplatz' to tram line 98. Ride the tram for two stops and get off at 'Am Neuen Palais'. Walk a few minutes along the path, and you will arrive at New Palace.
