Walking
If you are in the city center at Rostock's main square (Neuer Markt), head south towards the pedestrian zone. Walk straight down the Kröpeliner Straße until you reach the end of this street. At the end, take a left onto 'Hinter der Mauer'. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will find the Rostock City Wall on your right side, marked by historical signage.
Public Transport - Tram
From the Rostock Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take Tram Line 1 towards 'Dierkow'. Get off at the 'Kröpeliner Tor' stop. After exiting, walk east along 'Kröpeliner Straße' until you reach the junction with 'Hinter d. Mauer'. Turn left onto 'Hinter d. Mauer', and the Rostock City Wall will be a short walk ahead on your right.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the city center and head towards the 'Kröpeliner Tor'. Follow the bike path along 'Kröpeliner Straße' until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto 'Hinter d. Mauer', and the Rostock City Wall will be on your right after a few minutes of cycling.
