Walking
Starting from the Marktplatz (Market Square), head south towards the famous Rothenburg Town Hall. From the Town Hall, take the narrow street called 'Ob. Bachgasse' which leads you to the city wall. Continue straight until you reach the 'Burgtor' (the castle gate). Once you pass through the Burgtor, take a left onto 'Georgengasse'. Walk down Georgengasse for about 5 minutes until you find the White Tower on your right at Georgengasse 17.

If you are starting from the Rothenburg ob der Tauber train station, exit the station and head towards the old town. Follow the signs directing you to the city center (Altstadt). Once you reach the city center, continue towards the Marktplatz. From there, follow the previous directions to reach the White Tower.

From the Spital Bastion (a scenic lookout), head north towards 'Schmiedgasse'. Turn right onto 'Schmiedgasse', which will take you directly to the Marktplatz. Once you reach the Marktplatz, follow the directions provided above to reach the White Tower.
