To reach Nordstern Park via public transportation, take the S-Bahn (S8 or S9) to Gelsenkirchen Hauptbahnhof (main station). From there, transfer to tram line 302 towards Gelsenkirchen-Buer. Get off at the 'Nordsternpark' stop. The park entrance is a short walk from the tram stop. Keep in mind that a single ticket for the tram costs around €2.80.

If you are already in the Gelsenkirchen area, you can walk to Nordstern Park. From Gelsenkirchen Hauptbahnhof, exit the station and head southeast on Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the park. It is approximately a 20-minute walk (1.5 km) from the station to the park entrance.
