If you're driving from the center of Ruhr, take the A52 highway towards Düsseldorf. Exit at 'Düsseldorf-Grafenberg' and follow the B7 road towards the city center. Continue on B7 until you reach the intersection with the B1. Turn left onto B1, and follow the signs for 'Düsseldorf Zentrum'. As you approach the city, look for parking signs. The Pegeluhr is located in the 40213 area, near the Rhine River, and is best accessed with a short walk from the nearest parking facility.

To get to the Pegeluhr using public transport, start at the main train station in Ruhr (Duisburg or Essen). Take an S-Bahn train (S6 or S8) towards Düsseldorf. Get off at 'Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof' (main station). From there, take tram line 703 or 709 towards 'Düsseldorf, Heinrich-Heine-Allee' and alight at 'Düsseldorf, Landtag'. The Pegeluhr is a short 5-minute walk from the tram stop. Head towards the Rhine River, and you will find it located at the waterfront in the 40213 area.
