Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Lübbenau from your current location in Spreewald. Use the B87 road to reach Lübbenau, and then follow signs for Lehde. Once in Lübbenau, take the B87 exit towards the Spreewald area. Continue straight until you reach 'An der Giglitza' in Lehde, which is where your destination is located. Parking is often available nearby, but please check for any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Lehde using public transport, take the regional train (RE) to Lübbenau station. From Lübbenau station, switch to bus line 1 (Richtung Lehde) which will take you directly to Lehde. The bus ride should take around 10-15 minutes. Ensure you have a valid ticket, which you can purchase at the station or via the transport company’s app. Once you arrive in Lehde, walk to 'An der Giglitza' to reach your destination.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, there are beautiful bike paths throughout Spreewald leading to Lehde. Rent a bicycle from any local rental shop and follow the marked bike routes towards Lübbenau. From Lübbenau, continue to Lehde, which is approximately 6 km away. The ride should take you about 30 minutes. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules. Walking
If you are already in Lübbenau, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Lehde. The distance is about 3 km from the center of Lübbenau.
