Getting There

  • Train

    From Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the regional train (S-Bahn) S1 towards Herrenberg. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Alight at Tübingen Hauptbahnhof. From there, follow the signs to the exit and head towards the city center.

  • Walking

    Once you exit Tübingen Hauptbahnhof, head straight down the street called 'Bismarckstraße'. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with 'Wilhelmstraße'. Turn left onto Wilhelmstraße and follow it until you reach 'Neckarbrücke'. Cross the Neckar River via the bridge. After crossing, continue straight on 'Schmiedstraße', which will lead you directly into the historic Altstadt.
