From Hohenzollern Castle, head southeast on Bisingen toward B27. Merge onto B27 and continue for approximately 20 kilometers. Take the exit toward Tübingen/B28. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto B28. Continue on B28 until you reach Tübingen. Follow signs for the city center. Once in Tübingen, look for signs to Am Stadtgraben. The Alter Botanischer Garten will be on your left at Am Stadtgraben 2, 72074 Tübingen.

From Hohenzollern Castle, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the bus to Bisingen Bahnhof. From Bisingen Bahnhof, take the train (RE or RB) toward Tübingen. Once you arrive at Tübingen Hauptbahnhof, exit the station and walk to the bus stop located directly outside. Take Bus 2 or 3 toward Tübingen Stadtmitte. Get off at the stop 'Botanischer Garten'.
