If you're traveling by car, you can set your GPS to Schloßstraße 10-12, 61476 Kronberg im Taunus. From central Taunus, take the A66 highway towards Kronberg. Exit at Kronberg West and follow the signs to the city center. Once you reach Kronberg, follow the signs to the castle. There is limited parking available near the castle, so be prepared to park in a nearby lot and walk a short distance.

To reach Kronberg Castle via public transportation, start by taking a local S-Bahn train to Kronberg station. Trains to Kronberg run frequently from nearby towns in the Taunus area. Once you arrive at Kronberg station, exit and head toward the main road (B455). From there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take bus line 44, which will take you directly to the castle stop. Keep a small amount of change handy, as the bus may require a ticket purchased on board, costing around €2.80.

If you prefer walking from the center of Kronberg, exit the train station and head west on Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Schloßstraße. Turn right, and follow Schloßstraße until you reach the castle entrance. This walk takes about 25 minutes and offers a pleasant view of the area.
