If you're driving, start from the center of Zugspitze and head southeast on the B2 road. Follow the signs for Garmisch-Partenkirchen. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the town of Grainau. Look for the signs pointing to Eibsee, which will lead you to Seeweg 1-3. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes, and there is parking available near the lake. Be prepared to pay for parking, which costs around €4 for the whole day.

For those using public transportation, start at the Zugspitzbahn station in Zugspitze. Take the regional train towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
