From Amedzofe, head southeast on the main road towards the village of Ahunlife. Continue for about 10 km until you reach the junction that leads to Adaklu-Anyigbe. Once at the junction, turn left and drive for another 5 km. Watch for signs indicating Kalakpa Resource Reserve. The entrance is located at coordinates 6.4841853, 0.4860334. Parking is available near the entrance, but make sure to check for any parking fees.

Public Transportation
From Amedzofe, take a shared taxi or trotro heading towards Ho. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the junction for Adaklu-Anyigbe. The fare is typically around 3 GHS. Once you arrive at the junction, you can either walk (about 5 km) or wait for another shared taxi to take you directly to Kalakpa Resource Reserve. If you walk, follow the main road and look for signs leading to the reserve. The total travel time may vary, but expect around 45 minutes to 1 hour from Amedzofe to the reserve.
