Car
From Amedzofe, start by heading northwest on the main road towards the town of Kpoeta. Follow the road for about 30 minutes, which will take you through scenic landscapes. Watch for road signs indicating Kpoeta. Once you arrive in Kpoeta, look for signs leading to Kpoeta Waterfall. There may be a small parking area nearby, and parking is usually free.
Public Transportation (Tro Tro)
From the center of Amedzofe, walk to the nearest tro tro station. Board a tro tro heading to Kpoeta. The fare is typically around 1-2 GHS. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on the number of stops. Once you arrive in Kpoeta, ask the driver or locals for directions to Kpoeta Waterfall, as it is a known destination. You may need to walk about 10-15 minutes from the drop-off point to reach the waterfall.
Walking
If you prefer to walk and are feeling adventurous, from the center of Amedzofe, take the path leading towards Kpoeta. The walk is about 5 kilometers and may take about 1-1.5 hours. Follow the main road out of Amedzofe, and keep an eye out for local signs or ask residents for directions. The trail will lead you through lush landscapes and local settlements, providing a beautiful experience.
