Car
From Busua, head northwest on the main road (Busua Beach Road) towards the town of Akwidaa. Continue straight for about 4 kilometers until you reach the junction with the N1 highway. Turn right onto the N1 highway towards Takoradi. Drive for approximately 22 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Takoradi. Look for the signs directing you to the Takoradi Zoo, which is located on Unnamed Road (X688+MH7). The zoo will be on your left. Parking is available on-site.

Public Transportation (Shared Taxi)
From Busua, walk to the nearest shared taxi station in Akwidaa (about a 15-minute walk). Here, you can catch a shared taxi heading to Takoradi. The fare is typically around 5-10 GHS. Inform the driver that you want to go to Takoradi Zoo. The taxi will drop you off at a convenient location close to the zoo, or you may need to walk a short distance (about 1 kilometer) to reach the entrance.

From Busua, take a tro-tro from the Busua main road towards Takoradi. You will likely need to transfer at the Takoradi market where you can change to another tro-tro heading directly to Takoradi Zoo. The total fare for both trips should not exceed 10 GHS. After arriving in Takoradi, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the Takoradi Zoo, which is located on Unnamed Road (X688+MH7), approximately 1 kilometer from the market.
