Once at the main road, turn left and walk west for about 600 meters until you reach the junction at Castle Road. Take a right onto Castle Road, walk about 300 meters, and then turn left onto Emintsimadze Drive. Continue walking for another 300 meters, and you will see Emintsimadze Palace on your right.
