    Getting There

    Walking

    Start at the Cape Coast Castle, located in the center of Cape Coast. From the castle, head south towards the beach and continue walking along the shoreline until you reach the main road, known as the Ekwan Road. Once you reach Ekwan Road, turn left and walk towards the direction of the Cape Coast Sports Stadium. You will walk for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the stadium. After passing the stadium, continue on Ekwan Road until you see a sign for Kakumdo. The location is approximately 20-25 minutes from Cape Coast Castle.

    Biking

    If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Cape Coast. Start at the Cape Coast Castle and bike towards the Ekwan Road, heading south along the beach. Once you reach Ekwan Road, turn left. Continue biking towards the Cape Coast Sports Stadium. After passing the stadium, keep going on Ekwan Road until you see the sign for Kakumdo. The bike ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed.
