From the center of Cape Three Points, head northeast on the main road towards Tarkwa. Continue on this road for approximately 10 km until you reach the junction for Tarkwa. Take a left turn at the junction and follow the signs towards Tarkwa. After about 15 km, you will reach Tarkwa. Once in Tarkwa, use a navigation app to guide you to the coordinates 8X2W+6V6. There should be signs directing you towards UMaT Waterfalls, which is located approximately 5 km from the town center.
Public Transportation
From Cape Three Points, you can take a shared taxi (also known as a 'trotro') heading to Tarkwa. The fare is usually around 5-10 GHS per person. The journey will take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Tarkwa, ask the driver to drop you at the main taxi park. From there, you can either take a local taxi or walk to the UMaT Waterfalls location (8X2W+6V6), which is about a 10-15 minute drive or a 30-minute walk. Ensure to negotiate the taxi fare before starting your journey.
