Walking
From the center of Ho, start by heading towards the Ho Municipal Assembly. Once you reach the assembly, look for the road leading to Ho-Volta and continue walking straight. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Take the right turn towards Adaklu-Anyigbe. After about 2 kilometers, you will see signposts for Kalakpa Resource Reserve. Continue following the signs for another 1 kilometer until you reach the entrance to the reserve.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Ho. Begin your journey from the center of Ho towards the Ho Municipal Assembly. Follow the same route as pedestrians, heading towards Ho-Volta, then take a right at the junction towards Adaklu-Anyigbe. Cycle for about 2 kilometers until you see signs for Kalakpa Resource Reserve. Continue on this road for 1 kilometer more until you arrive at the reserve entrance.
Public Transport (Tro-Tro)
Locate a tro-tro station in Ho, often near the main market area. Board a tro-tro heading towards Adaklu-Anyigbe. The fare is usually minimal. Inform the driver or the mate that you are going to Kalakpa Resource Reserve. After about 30 minutes, the tro-tro will drop you off at a junction before the reserve. From there, walk approximately 1 kilometer following the signs to the entrance of Kalakpa Resource Reserve.
