From the center of Ho, locate the main street (Volta Street). Walk along Volta Street towards the direction of the Ho Polytechnic. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Ando Road. At this junction, take a left onto Ando Road. Walk for about 500 meters, and you will see signs directing you to Nyagbo Cave. The entrance to the cave is located at the coordinates R96R+253, Ando No1. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the cave.

Start in the center of Ho and rent a bicycle from a local shop. Head down Volta Street towards Ho Polytechnic, cycling steadily for about 1 kilometer. Secure your bicycle at the entrance before exploring the cave.
