Car
From Kakum National Park, head northwest on the N1 road. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction in Cape Coast. At the junction, take the left exit to stay on the N1. Drive for about 200 km, passing through towns like Takoradi and Tarkwa. Stay on the N1 until you reach the town of Damongo, which is the closest town to Mole National Park. From Damongo, take the Buipe-Damongo road and follow the signs to Mole National Park, which is approximately 30 km north of Damongo. The entire journey may take around 4 to 5 hours depending on traffic conditions.

Public Transportation
To travel by public transportation from Kakum National Park, first make your way to Cape Coast. You can find shared taxis or buses that operate between Kakum and Cape Coast. Once in Cape Coast, board a long-distance bus or shared taxi heading to Tamale or Damongo. Ensure to inform the driver that you want to stop at Damongo. The ride to Damongo can take around 4 to 5 hours. Upon reaching Damongo, you can hire a local taxi to take you to Mole National Park, which is about 30 km away. Remember to negotiate the fare with the taxi driver before starting the journey. The total public transport cost may vary but expect to pay around 50-100 GHS for the entire trip.
