    From Mole National Park, head south on the main road towards Damongo. Continue on the road for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the junction at the town of Damongo. At the junction, take the right turn onto the Wa - Sandema Road. Continue on this road for about 50 kilometers, passing through small villages and scenic landscapes. Keep an eye out for signposts indicating Ambalara Forest Reserve. The reserve entrance will be on your left; look for a small dirt road leading into the forest.

    From Mole National Park, you can catch a shared taxi or a bus heading towards Damongo. Once in Damongo, you will need to transfer to a bus or shared taxi that goes towards Wa or Sandema. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the junction for the Wa - Sandema Road.
