Use GPS navigation to head towards K29 Owusukrom Rd, which is the direct route to Konfere Waterfall. The journey from Akosombo to the waterfall is approximately 30 minutes (about 20 km). For those using public transportation, take a local trotro (minibus) from your location to Akosombo. From Akosombo, look for a trotro heading towards Kpong or Owusukrom.
