If you are traveling by car from Tamale in the Northern Region, take the N10 highway south toward Kumasi. Continue on the N10 for approximately 600 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Accra. As you approach Accra, follow signs for the Tema Motorway (N1) and merge onto it. Continue on the Tema Motorway until you reach the Osu area. Take the exit toward Osu and follow the local roads to Osu Castle, located at latitude 5.5466244 and longitude -0.1826989. There may be toll fees along the Tema Motorway, so keep some cash handy.
