If you are starting from the center of Sunyani, head southeast towards the main road. Follow the main road, which is called the Sunyani-Berekum Road, for about 1 kilometer. From the market, take a left onto the road that leads towards the Jubilee Park. Walk straight for about 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to Jubilee Park on your right.
