If you are starting from the Tamale Central Market, head north towards the main road (N10). Once you reach the N10, turn left (west) and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and food stalls. Keep an eye out for the large sign for the Tamale Sports Stadium on your right side. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Pong Tamale. Turn right at the intersection and walk for about 700 meters. You will see the Assembly grounds on your left, just off the main road.

From the Tamale Central Market, rent a bicycle from one of the local vendors. Start by heading north towards the main road (N10). Turn left onto the N10 and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Tamale Sports Stadium on your right. At the intersection with the road leading to Pong Tamale, turn right. Continue cycling for about 700 meters, and you will find the Assembly grounds on your left side.
