Walking
Start your journey in the center of Tamale, at the Tamale Central Market. From the market, head northwest along the main road (Bolga Road). Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Kumasi Road. Here, you will see a large sign for the Tamale Teaching Hospital on your left. Turn right onto Kumasi Road and walk for another 1 kilometer. You will pass a few shops and local eateries along the way. After reaching the next intersection, take a left onto the road leading to the airport (Airport Road). Continue on this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. As you approach the airport, keep an eye out for a small sign indicating 'NOBISCO Forest' on your right. The entrance to NOBISCO Forest is just a short walk from the main road.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Tamale. Begin at the Tamale Central Market and follow the same route as described for walking. Take Bolga Road northwest for about 1.5 kilometers before turning right onto Kumasi Road. Cycle for another 1 kilometer, then turn left onto Airport Road. Continue down Airport Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, watching for the 'NOBISCO Forest' sign on your right. The entrance to the forest will be easily accessible from the road.
Public Transport
To reach NOBISCO Forest via public transport, head to the nearest bus station in Tamale. Look for a bus or shared taxi heading towards the airport. Inform the driver you want to get off at the turnoff for NOBISCO Forest. The journey should take around 20 minutes. After getting off, you can walk the remaining distance (about 300 meters) to the forest entrance, which is marked by a sign on your left.
