Start at the Tamale Central Market, which is a well-known landmark. From the market, head northwest on Nkrumah Avenue towards the intersection with the main road. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto the main road (also known as the Tamale-Bolgatanga Road). Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction that leads to the NOBISCO area. Take a right turn here onto a smaller road and continue straight for approximately 500 meters. You will see signs directing you to NOBISCO forest. Follow these signs until you arrive at the entrance of the forest.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the Tamale Central Market. Start from the market and cycle northwest along Nkrumah Avenue until you reach the main road. Turn left onto the Tamale-Bolgatanga Road. Ride for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn right at the junction leading to NOBISCO. Continue cycling straight for about 500 meters, following the signs to NOBISCO forest. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes depending on your speed.
