Public Transport
From Wa, head to the main bus terminal located near the center of town. Look for buses heading to Kintampo or Tamale. Buses to Kintampo may not run frequently, so it's advisable to ask the conductors if they stop at Kintampo Waterfalls. The journey will take approximately 3 to 4 hours. Once you arrive in Kintampo, ask the driver to drop you off at the Kintampo Waterfalls. The falls are located just after the falls rest stop on the Kintampo-Tamale highway.

Motorbike Taxi (Okada)
After arriving in Kintampo, you can hire a motorbike taxi (locally known as 'Okada') to take you directly to Kintampo Waterfalls. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand. The distance from the bus terminal to the waterfalls is about 5 minutes ride. If you also wish to visit Fuller Waterfalls, you can ask the rider to take you there as well, but confirm the distance and fare for both locations.
