Car
From Wala, head southeast on the main road towards Kwaman. Continue driving for approximately 15 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to the Bomfobiri Wildlife Sanctuary. Once you reach Kwaman, look for the entrance to the sanctuary on your right. There may be a small fee for entry, so be prepared to pay a few Ghanaian Cedis.

Public Transportation
Start at the main bus station in Wala. Look for a trotro (shared minibus) heading towards Kwaman. The fare should be around 2-3 Ghanaian Cedis. It will take about 30 minutes to reach Kwaman. Once you arrive, inform the driver that you want to go to Bomfobiri Wildlife Sanctuary. After getting off, it’s a short walk of about 1 kilometer to the sanctuary entrance. Be sure to have some cash for the entrance fee.
