Getting There

    From the center of Wala, head south on the main road towards Accra. Follow the signs for the N1 highway. Stay on the N1 for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the junction for Tetteh Kpeshie Rd. Turn right onto Tetteh Kpeshie Rd and continue for about 1 kilometer. Fort James will be on your left. Parking may be available near the entrance.

    Take a shared taxi from Wala to Accra. The taxi will drop you off at a central location in Accra. From there, look for a trotro (minibus) heading towards Tetteh Kpeshie Rd. After getting off at the nearest stop, it’s a short walk to Fort James, which will be visible from the road.
