If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Takoradi. Head east on the N1 highway towards Cape Coast. After about 30 km, take the exit toward Nzema on the Esiama-Nzema road. Continue driving until you reach Esiama. From Esiama, follow signs to Nzulenzu, which is approximately 10 km away. The last few kilometers will be on dirt roads, so drive carefully. Upon reaching Nzulenzu, park your car in a designated area and prepare for a canoe ride to Amansuri Wetlands.

For those using public transportation, go to the Takoradi bus terminal and board a trotro (shared minibus) heading toward Esiama. The fare is usually around GHS 5-10. Once you arrive in Esiama, you will need to hire a local taxi to take you to Nzulenzu, which should cost about GHS 20-30. After arriving in Nzulenzu, you will need to take a canoe to reach Amansuri Wetlands. Make sure to negotiate the canoe fare with the local boat operators, which typically ranges from GHS 10-15 per person.
