Getting There

  • Walking

If you're already in Camp Bay, start by heading east along the coastline on the promenade. Continue walking along the path until you reach the intersection with the main road, Ohara's Road. Turn left onto Ohara's Road and follow it uphill. You will pass several residential buildings. Keep walking for about 10-15 minutes until you see a sign for the Mediterranean Steps. The entrance will be on your right. Please ensure you are wearing comfortable shoes as the steps can be steep.

  • Car

From Camp Bay, head northwest on the main road, following the signs towards the city center. After about 5 minutes of driving, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Ohara's Road. Continue driving along Ohara's Road, which will lead you uphill. Look for parking options along the road, as parking can be limited. Once parked, walk towards the entrance of the Mediterranean Steps, which should be visible from the road.

  • Public Transportation

If you prefer to use public transportation, check for local bus services that operate from Camp Bay to the city center. Take a bus that heads towards the 'Habsburg Road' or 'Main Street' stops. Once you reach the city center, disembark at the bus stop and walk towards Ohara's Road. From there, follow the same directions as if you were walking, turning left onto Ohara's Road and heading towards the Mediterranean Steps entrance.
