Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from Camp Bay, start by heading northeast on Camp Bay Road. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A2 road. Follow the A2 as it curves and leads you toward the city center. Once you approach the city center, look for signs directing you to Devil's Gap Battery. You will turn left onto Green Lane where the battery is located. There is limited parking available near the battery, so be prepared to find a spot nearby.

• Public Transportation

  For public transportation, you can take the bus from Camp Bay to the city center. Look for bus stops along the main road and catch the number 2 or number 5 bus. Once you arrive at the city center, disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, you can either walk or take another bus towards Green Lane. If walking, head north from the bus terminal, following Main Street, and then take a left onto Green Lane. Continue walking straight until you reach Devil's Gap Battery.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk from Camp Bay, exit onto Camp Bay Road and follow it while enjoying the coastal views. Continue along the path until you reach the junction with the A2 road. Cross over to the A2 and walk towards the city center. Once you reach the roundabout, take the exit for Green Lane. Walk straight up Green Lane for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Devil's Gap Battery. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the walk can be hilly.
