From Europa Point, head north along Europa Road. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Governor's Parade. Turn left onto Governor's Parade. The Gibraltar Garrison Library will be on your right after a short walk of about 5 minutes.

An alternative route is to walk from Europa Point to the top of the Rock of Gibraltar. Once at the top, you can take the scenic route down towards the city center. After descending, follow the signs towards Governor's Parade, and you will find the Gibraltar Garrison Library within a 10-minute walk from the base.

If you prefer to take public transport, walk to the nearest bus stop at Europa Point. Take Bus 1 towards the city center, and get off at the stop named 'Main Street'.
