Getting There

  • Car

    From Gibraltar Harbour, head west on Queensway towards the A374. After about 1.5 km, turn left onto the A374. Continue for about 500 meters until you reach a viewpoint area on the right. There are parking spaces available. Once parked, walk a short distance to the viewpoint for a scenic shot of the Rock.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    From the Gibraltar Harbour bus stop, catch the Route 2 bus towards the Upper Rock. The bus runs frequently, and the fare is approximately £1.50. Get off at the 'Pillar of Hercules' stop, which is a short walk from the viewpoint. Follow signs that direct you to the viewpoint area, which offers an excellent view of the Rock.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk, exit Gibraltar Harbour and head southwest towards the coast. Follow the promenade along the waterfront for about 1.2 km until you reach the viewpoint area. This walk offers beautiful views along the way and takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
