If you are driving, start at the main roundabout in Little Bay and take the exit onto Sir Herbert Miles Road. Follow this road until you reach the junction with the A7. Turn left onto the A7 and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Moorish Castle. Turn right onto Moorish Castle Estate, and you will find the entrance to the castle on your left. There is limited parking available nearby.

To reach Moorish Castle by public transport, take the number 5 bus from the Little Bay bus stop. The bus will take you towards the city center. Get off at the stop named 'Moorish Castle Estate.' From there, walk a short distance up the hill on Moorish Castle Estate, and you will arrive at the entrance to the castle. The bus frequency is approximately every 20 minutes.

If you prefer to walk from central Little Bay to Moorish Castle, start at the main beach area and head up towards Sir Herbert Miles Road. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the A7. Cross carefully and continue on Moorish Castle Estate. The walk is uphill, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. The castle entrance will be on your left. It’s a scenic route, and you can enjoy views of the surrounding area.
