I took the tour on Monday, July 27th, and couldn't leave a better review! Right from the start, our guide John Lopez was exceptional. He immediately made us feel at ease with his kind, playful, and completely unobtrusive manner. Since our pickup point was near the border, he cleverly used the drive toward the Rock to briefly tell us about the history of Gibraltar and what life is like for its residents today (explaining, for example, that they don't have factories, import everything, and rely on services). One thing we particularly appreciated was his great consideration for us: since we are Italian and don't speak English very well, John went above and beyond to make sure we understood all of his explanations clearly. He was meticulous in giving us directions on where to go to see the sights we had chosen and where we would meet him again after finishing each stop. To top it all off, at the end of the tour without us even asking, when he dropped us off at the start of Main Street, he explained step-by-step how to walk back to the Spanish border to retrieve our rental car. Our visit to the Rock of Gibraltar was nothing short of spectacular, and much of that is thanks to our incredible tour guide, Steven Robles. From the very beginning, Steven brought energy, knowledge, and a genuine passion that made the entire experience unforgettable. His deep understanding of Gibraltar’s history, culture, and natural beauty truly elevated the tour. Whether he was explaining the significance of the Great Siege, pointing out hidden viewpoints, or sharing fascinating stories about the famous Barbary macaques, Steven kept us engaged and excited every step of the way. What stood out most was his ability to connect with everyone in the group. He was friendly, patient, and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and never rushed. His enthusiasm was contagious, and it made exploring the Rock feel like a once-in-a-lifetime adventure rather than just another tour. If you’re planning a visit to Gibraltar, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough—but make sure to request Steven Robles. He truly made the experience exceptional, and we left with lasting memories we’ll treasure for years to come.

The booking was easy on the app, great communication leading up to the tour & from our tour guide. We were picked up by Cal who was awesome! He is so knowledgeable about Gibraltar & a great driver. We really appreciated all the amazing stops we did. The beauty of St. Michaels cave was unforgettable. The War Tunnels were so interesting to wander through. The Barbary monkeys were a treat to see up close. And the amazing Great Seige Tunnels were truly jaw dropping! The rock itself very impressive. We also enjoyed walking around the old town & eating fish & chips. We learned so much from our guide Cal & really appreciate him taking such great care of us! Highly recommend this tour.
